Pacific Wild Rebrand

Pacific Wild is a non-profit organization committed to defending wildlife and their habitat on Canada’s Pacific coast. The organization was seeking a new brand identity that would better represent their work and appeal to their growing network of supporters.

I designed a logo that is bold and memorable with a theme that reflects the interconnectedness of the land and sea of the Great Bear Rainforest. It retains certain elements of their previous logo such as the salmon and the bear, while putting forward a contemporary look.

I also created a graphics standards manual to outline the new brand identity I designed. The manual covered the brand strategy, logo application, typography, color palette, watermarks and more. Since 2015 Pacific Wild’s redesigned brand has been applied to their website, microsite and various print and online outreach materials.
